Vacanze.biz is a digital platform that connects:

  • Users interested in receiving travel proposals

  • Travel agencies registered on the platform

Vacanze.biz does not organize, sell, or directly mediate travel packages, flights, stays, or other tourist services.

The platform exclusively serves as a connection between supply and demand.

2. Role of the Platform

Vacanze.biz:

  • Collects travel requests submitted by users

  • Transmits these requests to registered agencies

  • Allows agencies to publish special offers

  • Provides digital communication tools between the parties

Vacanze.biz is not a party to the contracts made between the user and the agency.

Any commercial agreement occurs exclusively between the involved parties.

3. Registration of Agencies

Agencies wishing to use the platform must:

  • Be regularly authorized to operate

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information

  • Fully accept these Terms and Conditions

Vacanze.biz reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in case of violation of the terms.

4. Credit System

To respond to user requests, agencies must purchase credits.

One credit allows the submission of a proposal to a user request.

The purchase of credits:

  • Is voluntary

  • Does not guarantee the conclusion of contracts

  • Is non-refundable except in cases provided by law

Vacanze.biz does not guarantee a minimum number of requests or conversions.

5. Publication of Special Offers

Agencies can publish paid special offers by choosing the duration of visibility.

The offers:

  • Are entered independently by the agencies

  • Must contain truthful information

  • Are automatically removed at the end of the purchased period

Vacanze.biz does not guarantee the actual availability of offers at the time of the user's request.

6. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide correct and truthful information

  • Not use the platform for illegal purposes

  • Not send fraudulent or non-real requests

Vacanze.biz reserves the right to block users who abuse the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vacanze.biz:

  • Is not responsible for the execution of tourist services

  • Does not guarantee the quality, availability, or accuracy of the offers

  • Is not responsible for any non-fulfillment by the agencies

  • Is not liable for disputes between the user and the agency

Any responsibility related to tourist services is exclusively that of the agency that makes the proposal.

8. Nature of the Service

The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding:

  • Continuity of service

  • Number of responses received

  • Number of requests generated

  • Conclusion of contracts

9. Payments

All payments related to:

  • The purchase of credits

  • The publication of special offers

Must be made through the payment systems indicated on the platform.

Prices may be changed at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

Content, trademarks, logos, site structure, and technology used are the property of Vacanze.biz or licensed.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Changes to the Service

Vacanze.biz reserves the right to:

  • Modify the features of the platform

  • Update these Terms and Conditions

  • Suspend or discontinue the service

Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

12. Privacy

The processing of personal data is carried out according to the Privacy Policy available on the site, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For any dispute, the court of the place where the platform operator is based shall have jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law for the protection of the consumer.
