Vacanze.biz is an online platform that allows users to:

  • Submit travel requests indicating budget, dates, number of people, and destination (optional);

  • Receive commercial proposals from registered travel agencies;

  • Consult special offers published by the agencies.

Vacanze.biz does not organize or sell tourist services directly.

2. Nature of the Relationship

Vacanze.biz exclusively serves as a connecting platform between users and travel agencies.

Any contract related to:

  • Tour packages

  • Hotel bookings

  • Flights

  • Excursions

  • Insurance services

is concluded exclusively between the user and the agency that makes the proposal.

Vacanze.biz is not a party to the contract.

3. Free Service for the User

Submitting travel requests is free.

Vacanze.biz does not charge users any fees for submitting requests or receiving offers.

Any payments occur exclusively between the user and the agency.

4. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information;

  • Not submit fictitious, fraudulent, or non-real requests;

  • Do not use the platform for illegal purposes;

  • Do not harm the platform or the registered agencies.

In case of misuse, Vacanze.biz reserves the right to suspend or block the account.

5. Responsibilities of the Agencies

The proposals received are formulated independently by the registered agencies.

Vacanze.biz:

  • Does not guarantee the quality of the services offered;

  • Does not verify the actual availability of the offers;

  • Is not responsible for any changes or cancellations;

  • Is not responsible for disputes between the user and the agency.

The responsibility for the execution of tourist services lies solely with the agency that concludes the contract.

6. Published Special Offers

The offers in the dedicated section are entered directly by the agencies.

The offers:

  • Have a limited time duration;

  • Are automatically removed upon expiration;

  • May no longer be available at the time of request.

The user is invited to verify every detail directly with the agency.

7. Limitation of Warranty

Vacanze.biz does not guarantee:

  • A minimum number of proposals received;

  • The economic convenience of the offers;

  • The conclusion of a travel contract;

  • The availability of the requested services.

The service is provided "as is".

8. Communications

By submitting a request, the user agrees to be contacted by registered agencies regarding the submitted request.

The user can at any time:

  • Request the deletion of their data;

  • Withdraw consent to marketing communications;

  • Exercise the rights provided by the GDPR.

9. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site.

The data entered in the travel request will be transmitted to registered agencies solely for the purpose of receiving commercial proposals.

10. Changes to the Terms

Vacanze.biz reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law.

For any disputes, the court provided for by current consumer protection legislation will have jurisdiction.
